Today I attended an online webinar hosted by Kent Lamm of Standard Story Co. In the webinar, Kent covered the common mistakes people make when producing their own short films, and the keys to writing, producing and directing festival-level short films (although it was mostly just an ad for his paid course). Overall the webinar, whilst longer than it perhaps needed to be due to the fact it was mostly just an advertisement for his paid courses, was quite useful, it provided me with realistic tips and pointers to stop procrastinating and produce a high-quality film quickly, which I will try to apply to the production of my project.
